Our Story
Eclipse Property Management was founded with a clear and deliberate purpose: to deliver quality property management services rooted in integrity, accountability, and genuine care for landlords and their investments. We recognized a gap in the industry where landlords too often felt underserved or overlooked, and we set out to change that.
Our founder has called Dallas home for over 45 years. That deep connection to the city means we do not just manage properties here. We are part of this community, and we understand its neighborhoods, its people, and its market in ways that only come from decades of firsthand experience.

We exist to provide landlords with a property management partner they can truly trust. Krishna Upadhyaya Broker/Owner
Krishna Upadhyaya has served Dallas and Collin County real estate clients since 2003, earning her broker's license in 2016. She holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, a background that shapes her client-focused, relationship-driven approach.
Krishna runs a thriving property management practice, overseeing leasing, tenant relations, and daily operations for owners across the Metroplex. She has chaired the Leasing and Property Management Committee for the Collin County Association of Realtors and currently serves as President-Elect of the NARPM Texas Chapter.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Collin County Area Realtors and volunteers with local gardening nonprofits. She's also a Certified Master Gardener.

Devang Upadhyaya Accounting
Devang Upadhyaya brings his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering to the accounting and financial side of the business. His analytical background and attention to detail keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes, giving Krishna the support she needs to focus on clients and properties. Outside of work, he's an avid cricket fan and enjoys catching a good match whenever he can.

Jaanki Upadhyaya is a second-year student at the University of North Texas, majoring in Economics with a minor in Spanish. A graduate of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, she brings the same rigor and discipline to her studies today, with her sights set on a future in real estate law. She also helps manage the business's social media, bringing a fresh, modern voice to how we connect with clients online. Her growing knowledge of economics and the legal side of the industry adds a forward-looking perspective to the family business.
